za verysorebottom : During my first visit I asked our mutual friend to use a slipper on me, just like the one here. i found it a bit easy to take. I corrected it on my second visit and asked for a 'school' slipper ie a gymshoe or a plimsole. That was much more effective! Especially on the bare!!
